Rosemary Alexander produced Leslie Jordan's Hysterical Blindness and Other Southern Tragedies That Have Plagued My Life Thus Far at the Hudson Theatre in Hollywood. This production received 3 Drama-Logue Awards and 3 Robbie Award nominations - including "Best Production". After playing to packed houses in Los Angeles, Hysterical Blindness enjoyed a nine-month run off-Broadway at the VanDam Theatre in New York. Ms. Alexander and her husband/partner, Newell Alexander, created Wells Fargo Radio Theater. Together, they developed and produced 38 original hour long historically accurate western radio dramas for the Autry Museum of Western Heritage. Wells Fargo Radio Theater programs can be heard in the listening rooms of the Museum of Television and Radio in New York City and Beverly Hills. As an actress, Ms. Alexander has received three Los Angeles Drama-Logue awards, and one LA Weekly Theatre Critic's award for Best Performance. Her debut as a playwright, Bachelorette Party, received "Critic's Choice" from the LA Reader and enjoyed a long successful run at Theater-Theatre.
