Patricia Foster Rye was Consulting Producer on Boulevard of Broken Dreams, The Al Dubin Story at the Coconut Grove Playhouse, Florida. Prior to that she produced the Los Angeles premiere of Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman's musical Assassins at the Los Angeles Theatre Center and the world premiere of Jeff Altman's play Addicted to George at the Melrose Theatre in Hollywood. Prior to her current theater activities, she had formed The Rye Consortium, creating and producing shows for McDonnell Douglas Computer Systems, Microdata, Century 21 Real Estate, Pola Cosmetics, Wickes Corporation, and Women in Film Crystal Awards. A performer since the age of eight months, she was a child actress who appeared on Broadway, television and in motion pictures through her teen years. She is a past National President of the Association of Visual Communicators and recipient of the Presidents Award from the Information Film Producers of America. She is the founding president of the Decorative Arts Council.
